President's Message

There are events that educate. There are events that inspire. And then there are events that change the trajectory of how you think.
The July 2026 E3 Summit was one of those moments. Over two days, our instructors didn't simply teach real estate. They challenged us to think differently about wealth, opportunity, entrepreneurship, and the incredible advantages available to those who choose to own a business. Time and again, one message became abundantly clear: the opportunity isn't just in buying real estate, it's in becoming the kind of person who builds assets, serves others, and creates choices for their family.
We had a plethora of our seasoned practitioner real estate instructors come to the stage and unreservedly share from their experience the strategies that are often overlooked or sometimes, completely unseen. Our beloved instructor line up included: Umaer Haq, Chris Albin, Whitnie Stark, Beckie Lambert, Jeff Armstrong, and Jason Andrus.
On top of the amazing real estate instruction, we had a preeminent line up of financial education delivered by Jarom Bergeson, Mat Sorensen, Randall Cloud, Garrett Gunderson and Courtney Epps! Courtney delivered one of the summit's biggest eye-openers by explaining how taxes should be viewed as a strategic planning tool rather than simply an annual obligation. For many attendees, it reinforced one of the greatest advantages of entrepreneurship: business owners have opportunities to legally structure their finances in ways unavailable to most employees.
Throughout the summit, one idea surfaced again and again. Owning a business is about far more than earning income. It creates opportunities to build assets, control your financial future, and take advantage of planning strategies that simply aren't available to most wage earners. When combined with real estate education and a community committed to helping one another succeed, those opportunities become even more powerful.
Thank you to every instructor who shared years of experience, every attendee who came prepared to learn, and every ICM who invited someone to experience E3.
The conversations that began at this summit will continue creating opportunities long after the lights have dimmed and the event concluded. That's what E3 has always been about.

Live Education Events
Daine Clark is the newest Renatus instructor and on July 31, he'll be teaching a new class on becoming a lender for those who are doing real estate investing.
AIT students can register to attend the recording online or in the studio through the Renatus BackOffice Calendar event.
Nate & Beckie Lambert are preparing to teach their second set of classes for the Commercial Learning Path on August 20-21.
Daine Clark will be returning on October 15 to re-record the Financial Strategies class.
Umaer Haq will join us on October 16 to re-record the Investor I.D. course.
